Today Vienna and I woke up early to photograph the sunrise at Grevelingenmeer. I don’t think I will ever get bored of sunrises and sunsets. Today it’s time for yet another sunrise photo. This time it’s kind of unplanned. While I spend a huge amount of my free time around this location, I’ve never been to this exact spot before. It came across when I was looking at some pictures online.

Last weekend the daylight saving time is here again. This gave us the opportunity to tell ourselves we didn’t have to wake up so early for the sunrise. Since it happens an hour later than last Saturday.

When we arrived I first tried some light painting techniques I read about last week. Too bad they didn’t really go as I hoped. So no pictures of that today.

A few minutes later it was getting lighter and it was time to get my filters setup for the sunrise. I tried some long exposures as well. Here are the results. Got to love sunrises!

Thank you for reading. I hope you’ve enjoyed this very short post about the sunrise this morning. If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know in the comments at the bottom of this page. Or contact me via the contact page.
